After update the plugin, the venmo payment option is there but after few days it is gone for US location. I don’t know what happened. The venmo payment option is not displaying on checkout, mini-cart, single product and cart page.

Only displaying Paypal, Paylater and Credit/debit card option.

So, Could you please help me out in this.

    Thanks.

    Hi @kushang78,

The Venmo button is delivered by PayPal upon eligibility and all that could be done through the plugin is disabling the Venmo button.
Could you please share a link to your website?
Does the behavior also persist when you connect a PayPal sandbox account? This should help to rule out an eventual issue with the PayPal account.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hello,

The Venmo button is delivered by PayPal upon eligibility and all that could be done through the plugin is disabling the Venmo button. Our plugin gathers the details of the customer and sends this to PayPal. The PayPal server in its turn sends the site the options it deems required. Our plugin does not have any control over that.

You might want to ask PayPal for their response on this, but I think they will also not be able to tell you much more than we can since every customer is different and when a customer is eligible for the option (from PayPal’s perspective), the option will be shown.

Sorry that we can’t do much more on this matter.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
