wp 3.0 Can’t insert images

I have another issue since upgrading to 3.0. I can no longer insert images. When I click the item to insert an image, instead of opening the pop-up like it used to, it now opens it in the current browser window and will not insert an image. When I try, it just loads a blank screen. All was fine till the new upgrade.
