Light Speed Cache Prerequisites

With LiteSpeed webserver and its integrated HTTP cache you have all, what you need to use it, but with shared hosting there are some limits that can’t be bypassed. If you have any issues you should tell us what these issues are to give you exact answers.

No page cache. The page will not be cached on the first visit. Reptiles work. But again, no page is cached. My previous plugin worked fine. But this plugin does not work.

Have you enabled cache function? There is no cache header and that’s why cache doesn’t work.

I have enabled all options. I created part of my site header with the “Insert Headers and Footers by WPBeginner” plugin. Could this have an effect?

FYI: You don’t speed up your page with the number of enabled settings. Not each setting is compatible with each theme. You should enable each setting one by one and after each new setting, purge cache and check if there are no issues.

I went this way:
light speed cache toolbox >> [2] import/export >> reset all setting
And I clicked on the “reset setting” button. But no cache is enabled on my website. I have used this plugin in shared hosting before and it was great. But it does not work on my website.

Ask your webhost provider if he has disabled this cache funktion.

FYI: WordPress cache plugin doesn’t cache. It is only a control panel for a webserver driven HTTP cache. With this plugin you can only control this webserver cache function. This is the huge difference between all other cache plugins!

LScache doesn’t have to be installed and can’t be deinstalled and is active by default. If LScache isn’t running it has been deactivated on server level.

If you have cache plugin for WP there is nothing to do on your side. Everything to get cache working is already done by the plugin.

Server support could not help either. As a last resort, do you check these two URLs? The first is the address of my site and the second is the address of the php.info file.

phpinfo doesn’t matter in this case, because it doesn’t contain information about lscache.

Your page has no x-litespeed-cache header, so lscache isn’t running and it seems it has been deactivated by webhost. So, nobody can help you if your webhost has disabled lscache, sorry.
