@sharemarketxyz thanks for providing the information. This could potentially be caused by a plugin or theme conflict.

To rule this out please could you try the following:

Use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
- Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if you still get the issue.
- Enable plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
- Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.
These steps will not affect what a user to your site will see while testing this. Let me know how you get on here and if you have any questions.

I think this was due to WP rocket as even today I faced the same issue of crashing again and again but after when I changed the story the crashing issue was gone.

What i mean to say is when ever the web story plugin crashes it goes on crashing until you change the story which I was making and make another story leaving the previous one.

If possible you can look into that issue i think that it was not due to theme or plugin but there is a internal bug in webstory plugin that crashes until the story is changed

I hope you understood what i wanted to say

@sharemarketxyz If you could capture a screen recording of this experience that would be very helpful. You can use a service such as Loom for this.

I can then look to recreate the same issue and if I can I can raise this as a bug with the team to be fixed.
