From your system status report, we see that Language: en_US so order emails are being sent in English. en_US is the site language under WP dashboard > Settings > General.

If you’re not seeing this behavior, then the issue could be likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. For more detailed instructions about conflict testing, check out this – How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

This is not our problem. Emails are being sent in language of user, not site language…

Scenario:

User order some items on Czech version of site – email with “order received” is in Czech. Then our client has set language to Czech in wordpress, so any other email is sent in Czech

Other scenario:

User order some items on English version of site – email with “order received” is in English. Problem is that our client has set language to Czech and any other emails sent by woocommerce with order status changes are in Czech.
