3.0 Upgrade not showing on dashboard

  • I’m running two installations of WP side-by-side on the same shared host (one is my personal site and the other is a demo for a client). Both are new copies of 2.9.2, and the “newer” one (the one for the client) had the “Upgrade to 3.0” message when I logged in (upgrade seems to have worked fine – just haven’t tested it ye). However, it hasn’t shown up in my other site yet.

    Should I just wait? Will 3.0 get around to me?

    (I’m able to get the upgrade automatically under “Upgrade” (Tools) – but I was just wondering why it doesn’t show on the dashboard like the other did – and my Development Blog section hasn’t updated to show the new release either. I don’t run any caching utilities or other crunchers…
