Plugin is not working properly

  • I am in contact with the support team as the plugin has a lot of issues. It works only on some of the products and to other products, it exposes all the attributes and allows customers to select whatever attribute they like to choose despite their country restriction which is scary as it impacts the sale and after-sale service/time-wasting explaining to the customer and cancelling orders. If you have a big website with more than 500 products, I would suggest you to think twice before buying their pro plugin.

    I will update my review once the issue is resolved or the subscription gets cancelled as I found another plugin which seems to be working better on my website than this one.

    I searched many. Only one alternative found which is quite promising with great features.

    Only one feature is missing in this plugin, which is you can restrict but can’t hide attributes per country. Which is also importrant feature for me. so, keep looking for alternative addons.

    Pro things are – It has very cheap forever plan instead of heavy yearly fees. Also, the support I found is very awesome. I have tested there free version and happy with it so planning to move to that plugin soon.

    Thanks for that will check it out as the Zorem one and their support was useless, especially given it was the most expensive.
