    Hello everyone!

    I’m trying the plugin for the first time and so far I love it! I just have one minor problem. The plugin creates image thumbnails of the products on the checkout page and I can’t find a way to resize them or remove them. Could you please help me?

    Thank you.

    Hello and thank you for your quick reply!

    As it is a demo website I can’t provide you with a live link cause it is local hosted. But here is a screenshot of my problem. The small thumbnail is custom inputted and not related with the plugin. If you would like to send you anything else let me know.

    Thank you.

    It seems that the problem is back. Is there any code I can input on my site to fix it?

    Thank you.

    Are you using ShopEngine template for your checkout page or the default Woocommerce page? Also please share the live website link to check the issue more clearly. As we couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end, can you please provide more details to reproduce the issue on our end?

    Hello Ahmed! I’m using the ShopEngine template. I tried to deactivate all the other plugins to see if it was going to be fixed, but it is still there. My site is not live yet, but I can share with you my website’s system info.

    Thanks for the system info but that didn’t help me to reproduce the issue on my end when tried to reproduce it using same envrionment. Also you didn’t answered my question I asked earlier. Are you using ShopEngine template for your checkout page or the default Woocommerce page? Are you using ShopEngine template for all you Woocommerce pages or for specific pages. Please share the details.

    Thread Starter thanparm

    (@thanparm)

    Hello Ahmed!
    I’m using the Woocommerce template for the checkout page and when I activate the ShopEngine plugin, it messes up the product images on the order_review on the woocommerce-checkout-review-order. It duplicates them and the first of each image gets very large.

    Edited: I checked the code of the Woocommerce next to the ShopEngine, and I found that when ShopEngine is activated, the image thumbnail is 1000x1249px instead of the 50x50px.

    Thank you.

    Hi @thanparm ,
    I hope you are doing well!

    I can understand the issue you are having with. I have tested the checkout page of WooCommerce after activating the ShopEngine and am successfully been able to trace the issue. Usually, the default checkout template of WooCommerce doesn’t display any image of the product. But, for some reason, the product image is getting injected into the default Checkout template.

    In order to make the order Review section as per the default checkout template, please copy the CSS code from below and paste it into the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.

    .shopengine-order-review-product .product-name img {
        height: 0 !important;
        width: 0 !important;
    }

    I already have informed the team regarding this matter and they are going to check this matter. If you ever want to use the checkout template of ShopEngine, the Product Image will not appear on the Order Review section until you remove the CSS code. I hope you can understand.

    If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know. I will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
