    Hi There! ??

Last week I installed the “Under Construction
By WebFactory Ltd” plug-in to work on our website and when I eventually got to it this morning, I tried to log into the website’s www.remarpro.com with the details I have been using for the lady I work for, it simply did not accept the log in details I have been using (made sure it was .org , not .com ). It is certainly not due to a forgotten password as I used exactly the same log in details last week and I have triple checked over 10 times now. When I click the “forgotten password” button it doesn’t recognize the email associated with the account or send it to that email when I use the username to send the “reset password” email. I have photographic evidence that what I used is the correct email and username. It recognizes the username though. Please let me know if anyone is able to assist? I have scoured the forums looking for someone with the same issue… I have also posted on the plug-in’s forum but I fear this has to do with the organisation’s www.remarpro.com account more than anything. I have also cleared all cache just in case with no luck. Thank you so so much for taking the time to read and respond xx

If you are trying to do something on your webiste you need to log into that webiste, not this website. They are two completely separate systems that do not interact wtih each other.

You should be able to go to outofthebox.org.za/wp-admin and log in there with the account details that you have.

Hi! Thanks so much for the response. When I follow the link you suggested it takes me to the construction page once again. On the bottom right there of that page there is a small wordpress logo that I can press on but it just shows up to the washed background of the original website where I cannot click on anything without it taking me to the construction site. I will have to keep searching for solutions, thank you so much.

    Hello,

Your best option is to connect to the site via FTP and once you are in the root directory, go to the wp-content > plugins folder. There look for the maintenance plugin folder and delete it.

Before proceeding with this type of actions, I recommend that you make a backup of the files and the database.

Hope it helps, have a good day ??
