Pre written emails

  • I am running a sort of neighbourhood watch site. I want the 100 or so members to be able to click a link and choose 1 of 4 pre written emails, (Address, CC, subject and body written in each of the 4), add a couple of small details and send.

    For instance when a member sees a drunk misbehaving, say trying to start a car, they can just click “Report Drunken Behaviour” and just fill in the location and their name, and the email will go to the police officer who deals with it in the area.
    Likewise for dogs fouling, aggressive behaviour etc.

    I’ve tried with gmail and the ‘canned response’ add on, but not so good.
    (A lot of members are computerphobic…)
