Need custom user fields

Hello all, I apologize if this is a simple answer, but I have looked and looked and not be able to find a solution I know is out there.

I need to set up a veterans memorial website that allows me to import the Name, Rank, Date of Death and How they Died (Line of Duty or Line of Training) The name would show in a list with a hyperlink on the name to a individual’s memorial page that’s populated with text and photos.

The list needs to be sorted by a menu like in the graphic attached, “home” “Recent Losses” “Brothers” “Line of Duty” “Line of Training”

Is there a plugin that can handle this? We need to be able to add pages and edit pages.
