Wrong Rates for USA, Canada and Australia

    Hi there, the plugin can’t synchronize rates for shipping to USA, Canada and Australia. The system recognize the locations, but the rate is invalid, in fact doesn’t appear neither the carrier company logo, and appear a standard wrong rate (example 62 € for Brisbane for a 4kg package…that is obviously unreal)
