updated plugin lost lots of functionality

i have been designing using an older salient theme and wordpress..

was intending to upgrade once site was a little further along…
i upgraded a nextgen gallery and went from a nice site to…sadness

and these errors:

admin_enqueue_scripts
, or
login_enqueue_scripts
