    Hi,

is it possible that one service can be ?confirmed“ by several users? (Assign one service to multiple providers, can’t find the option in the GUI)
Because right now one service can only confirmed by one provider.

    Any idea?

    Hi,

A booking can have only one service provider.

However a website can have more than one WP BASE admin. Admins can also confirm bookings.

    Cheers,
    Hakan

    Hi,

the role ?WP BASE Admin“ is assigned to the second WP admin, somehow it won’t show the confirm button when using the shortcode [app_account]. (Cancel button is available and can also be used)

Also the bookings are not present. (No bookings found – when sign-in with the second admin)

As soon I change the provider from one admin to the second one … the confirm button is available for the second admin. (But not anymore for the first admin)

[app_list} and List of Bookings tab of [app_account] only show controls for bookings related to the user. The person who is using it can only confirm own bookings, being either as a client or service provider of the booking.

Admins are supposed to use admin side Bookings page or [app_manage] shortcode of Front End Booking Management or Manage Bookings tab of [app_account].

    Cheers,
    Hakan

Even with “[app_account]” and another admin signed in, I can’t see any bookings.(it says “no bookings found” – with the service provider signed in I see all bookings)

Note: WP Base ADMIN role is assigned on all admins.

For admins, you should look at the Manage Bookings tab.

I can only see “bookings” and “settings” on the second admin.

I just tested and it is working fine for me for the second admin.

    – How did you create the second admin? Did you set his role as “WPB Admin”?
    – Is Front End Booking Management addon is activated?

    Via WordPress UI and yes.

    – Is Front End Booking Management addon is activated?
    Is it required?

Yes, it is required. Manage bookings tab is only displayed if Front End Booking Management addon is activated.

You said it is working for the first admin. if you see the Manage Bookings tab for the first admin, then you should be seeing for the second one too. Or you are not seeing it for the first admin either?

Pardon, I have checked again and I only see “Bookings”.

So yeah the issue is related to the missing addon.

    Thanks for your help!
