Allow editor role to add redirects

    Hi!

    I would like to give users with the editor role the ability to add and delete redirects. Currently they are given a ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page’ when accessing /wp-admin/tools.php?page=redirection.php

    Is this possible?
