possible to create firewall rules as block ip and queries??

    hello is it possible in some way to use firewall rules as for example the ones i used in cloudflare firewall?

    (ip.src eq 51.xx.xx.xx and http.request.uri.query contains “add_to_wishlist=”) or (ip.src eq 51.xx.xx.xx and http.user_agent contains “PetalBot”)

    i need to create a WP level due at cloudflare there is a problem due the ordering of rules and not are applied…

    I HAVE SOME BAD BOTS that masking by my translation proxy so masked real ip addresses
    make some queries e.g. add_to_whislist which overload the server

    does you plugin permit to create these complex rules ?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately at the moment, the plugin does not allow you to create complex rules.
    However, the “Deny Bad Query Strings” and “Advanced character string filter” functionality under “Additional firewall rules” sound like they could be of benefit to you.
    The plugin is free, my advice would be to give it a go for yourself.
