  • Hi,

Can you send us a screenshot of the issue?

Is the screen stuck on loading upon editing a page?

Also, do you use Elementor Pro?

Here is a public link for the error page.

Note: this error appears when I try to create or edit a post.

Thanks for support. I appreciate that.

    Hi,

Check under Elementor > Settings if posts are checked as post types: https://snipboard.io/gPWS7v.jpg

To rule out a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

Please also temporarily deactivate all experiments in the experiments tab.
Go to Elementor > Settings > Experiments tab and make sure all the experiment indicators are inactive.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks for response, There are some updates that I have been done like deactivating some buggy plugins.

Now I can add new post or page and able to edit posts.

But it’s unable to save post or page after I edit due to server 500 error, So, after I have been checked host status and error log I found that Elementor plugin have the following error (from: Elementor log check it between “The Error log”).

PHP: 2022-02-22 11:19:39 [error X 36][/XXX/XXX/sesarabian.com/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/base/document.php::1594] Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_settings() on bool in /XXX/XXXX/sesarabian.com/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/base/document.php:1594

    “.

The previous error log is from Elementor plugin > system info > Log

Also, I have something to tell you about that is may affect on website or not, but I have to say, from 6 months ago I think, bought Elementor pro plugin from someone as it is activated legally, but I found that it was cracked after 1 month so, I deactivated it and deleted from my host files, but I cannot delete its data from database. So, is that may impact to my website or not and what I have to do to clear its data from my website.

Waiting your response, thanks and I appreciate that.

    Hi,
Thank you for adding the information.

If you had a license and deleted it, it could have been a license issue that needs to be resync,
Since the license you bought was cracked and not legally bought, we cannot know what they did to the license to use it, if they added anything to the log that caused it to be stuck because of the license.

I suggest contacting whoever you bought it from and checking for any leftover logs with your hosting.

Other than that, you can go to our GitHub as it is run by our developers and other users may be able to help you with deleting any history of the license log.

    @omarehab Are you ok?
