    Hello!
Is there a way to tell if an “unconfirmed” user has received a confirmation email?
Maybe by using an sql query?
The information in which table and in which field I can find the information is also sufficient.

    Thanks

    R?mi

    Hi there @roemi,

Thanks for reaching out to MailPoet support!

That will depend on what sending method you are using. For instance:

    – If you are using your host to send emails, you could track confirmation emails with a plugin such as WP Mail Logging
    – If you are using SMTP / third-party service you can check with their support if they track these emails.
    – If you are using MailPoet Sending Service, although you are not email to see deliverability stats for confirmation emails, if you suspect a subscriber is not getting confirmation emails you can reach out to our support and we’ll be happy to check on our logs.

    I hope this helps!

    sorry my mistake
I just wrote to everyone again and then deleted everyone who didn’t respond.
I completely forgot to answer you!
I apologize for that and would like to confirm that you are doing a great job.
