Avoid at all costs

    Really, really, really, really bad…

    We have been a long term user of this plugin and it has become progressively more unreliable. We invested in the TEC ecosystem as it was deemed compatible with the popular Avada theme. Something breaks almost every time an update is applied. We revisited the latest version of the Event Tickets Plus premium plugin this week and what an absolutely terrible experience it has been. I echo the many comments on here about support being non existent too. This company are very amateurish in terms of code quality, plugin reliability and support responsiveness. I have never had such a poor experience with a premium plugin, and I’ve used a LOT of them over the years! Bitterly disappointed. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I hope this helps somebody avoid the headaches our team have had with this plugin this week!

    Thanks for this review, I also don’t typically leave reviews and am in a similar situation to you. Support has been non-existent and quality has been diminishing quickly. Hopefully they can pull themselves back together because I have invest a lot of time and money in using these suite of premium plugins.

    I’m in the same boat. This plugin is costing my company so much money, I’ve been trying to solve my issues for 3 weeks.
