Error with shipping

  • Hi,
    I have this error that appears when I add something to the cart or go to the cart once a product is inside.

    PLEASE HELP ASAP

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This is a very common error most of our users get if they added the shipping price in an improper format.

    Can you please check that in the price field you have only added the price and not the currency symbol?

    For eg.: You need to add the shipping price like 20 and not $20.

    If still you unable to get any solution then please share your settings screenshot with us and we will review and get back to you if you have made any mistake in the settings.
