Plugin prevent woocommerce thumbnail catalogue size

When your plugin is activated, woocommerce thumbnail is always set at 0X0, even when i change it in my theme: Yith proteo. So they are displayed at full size and affect performance.
On my website you can see with your plug-in
https://www.maisondelecroix.com/product-category/women/shoes/?currency=THBI deactivated variation swatches on my staging website, and woocommerce thumbnail size are generated.
