PopUp Maker Website – Premium customer support form disappear

    Dear support

    we are trying to use the customer support form on PopUp Maker, but always after short time the form disappears……

    We are using chrome browser.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I checked the WP Popup Maker Support link using Chrome incognito mode browser and the form is loading properly for me. Check this screen capture: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Blude9LJ

    Could you try it again using a different browser or an incognito mode browser?

    Let us know how that goes.

    Dear Maria

    u are right – but if I use “pluigin support” there is no form or possibility to contact support team. There is only the option to search through the documentation or did I miss something?
