Critic error

  • I logged in my WordPress Painel and wanted to update my wordpress version. After I clicked to update, now I can’t go in my painel, and it’s only showing this massage:

    Há um erro crítico no seu site. Verifique seu e-mail para instru??es.

    (There is a critical error in your website. Check your email for instructions.)

    And I didn’t receive any email in my inbox, spam, nothing.

    Can someone help me?

  • You will need to login to your host and do a combination of these things:
    – find your php error logs to see if there is more detail to where the error is coming from
    – use the file manager or ftp to delete your plugins in /wp-content/plugins
    – use the file manager or ftp to delete your theme in /wp-content/themes

    From here you will need to add back in your plugins and/or theme to determine what caused the conflict in your site.
