Unexpected fatal error, retry

    We are update with all the plugins, but when I try to print lables, it ask for the weight, I put 1 or 2 ozs ad the it return error – unexpected fatal error, retry – upon retry it does nothing, any help?

    Hi @cityonline,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had printing labels. Let’s do this. Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Use the drop-down in the top right to select the fatal error log that matches the date you’ve run into this error. Copy that log and paste it in your reply here.

    Thanks for sending that. Please check for any fatal error logs. It’ll look something like this.

    The forum doesn’t allow image uploads. You can use a service like https://snipboard.io to share screenshots. You can also upload images to your WordPress Media Library and share the URL to it here in your reply.
