Unset website with last update

  • Hi team!

    I love your plugin and I use it in all of my websites. I′ve update recently the plugin, but the website is completely unset. Here′s a video:

    I had to make a backup for seeing the website as in the beginning. If I update the website comes again without format.

    How can I resolve this?

    It doesn’t appear that your video plays? can you fix that?

    Have you checked your error log? Did you make sure to clear all your site caching after updating?
