Is there a charge for launching our plugin on www.remarpro.com?

1. WordPress marketplace is free for submitting and using the plugin.

2. What are the reason that plugins are sold on woocommerce marketplace even though WordPress marketplace is free.

3. Is there any charge if we submit on Magneto market place. If yes then how much is the charge.

4. Is it mandatory to put the plugin first in WordPress marketplace before it is submitted in woocommerce marketplace ?
