    I’m having problem saving exclude category settings.
    I can save the Default google product category, but as soon as I add something to the exclude category box this error message shows up when I click Save

    This is what I see in the inspection console:

    It looks like this is the partial logs, can you please share full logs and a screenshot of error message and the settings causing this?

    Thanks for sharing a screenshot to help us understand better.

    I am unable to reproduce this case on my end. Can you confirm if this has never worked or only stopped working recently?

    The nature of the errors leads me to believe that this might be a conflict of some sort, especially as I am unable to replicate this on a test site. You might want to try creating a staging site and having just WooCommerce and the Storefront theme alongside Facebook for WooCommerce installed. Then see if you are able to reproduce this.

    Ok, that’s too bad. I can’t get the connection to Facebook working on my staging site so I can’t try it there. I can’t switch the theme and everything on my production site. I can give you access to the production site if you think that will help.

    As this is an open forum it is not wise to give access to the site for security purposes. You can create a ticket on our Support page and reference this particular forum post, however do note that one of our troubleshooting steps would be to create a staging or test site and do the conflict test.

    For that, if you can please reach out to your Host and have them create a staging site for you – most Hosts can do this and on the staging site we would be able to then disable everything down to just WooCommerce, Facebook and a default theme to have it tested.

    I’ve already done that per the info you wrote in another thread with a person having the same issue. The conflict testing showed now conflicts. I’ve started a real support case instead

    Access would of course not be given to just anyone and certainly not by sharing the login details here on this page.

    As I said, I can’t do the testing on the staging site since the facebook connection doesn’t work there – hence the plugin will not work at all.
