First Class discounted and retail rate in cart & checkout. Bug?

    Hi,

    Flexible Shipping Plugin Version 4.11.2
    WooCommerce Version 6.2.0
    WordPress Version 5.9

    There is only 1 method set up for USPS First Class Rate (Retail cost) in the plugin but somehow it is displaying our discounted shipping rate too, so there are 2 First Class shipping rates available to customers in the cart and checkout.

    I have been looking for a solution for weeks and can’t figure out why the amount we pay with the volume discount appears in the storefront. Maybe it is a bug?

    I checked with WooCommerce support and had no luck.

    Our label printing app does not display rates on the storefront, I just asked them again.

    I am totally lost and can’t figure out where else to look. I read the plugin FAQ and support articles but nothing about this duplication.
