Hello. Until recently, these functions worked in the free version. Are they not working now due to an error or do you need an upgrade to the pro version?

Hello. In the wordpress console, when editing the accordion, I cannot select Accordion Icon, this function is not active. I would also like to edit the text in akordion as before through the Use WYSIWYG Editor, but when I click on the editor, I am thrown to the top of the page and nothing happens.

    hi @sergey9539 ,

i have checked it on my own..it works fine at our end.

    thanks

Hello. No, the plugin does not work correctly. As I said earlier, there were no such errors. Watch the video at the link: https://www.loom.com/share/7a45a54f33344765936cb4970e120cc3

    hi @sergey9539,

as this works at our end so it may be due to conflict with other plugins or theme js/css so please try to deactivate other plugins one by one and see if it works or not..let us know about it.

    thanks

Hello. I checked by disabling plugins in order each time checking the operation of the accordion, there is no result. I also replaced the theme with the default one, this also did not give a result, the accordion does not work.

Hello. I have provided you with all the necessary information, but I have not received an answer on the topic for a long time.

    Hi @sergey9539,

We have checked your issue and we find that the main issue occurs with theme confliction so please try to change the theme and again activate it.

    Thanks

Hello. Thanks for the reply. I activated the default Twenty Twenty-Two theme, but the problem remained. When opening Use WYSIWYG Editor, the editor opens empty when we see in the background that there is text in the akordion. The Accordion Icon function does not work at all. If you think that the problem is in the topic, please provide more detailed information and I will forward the question to the developer.

    hi @sergey9539,

    Please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to plugin > plugin editor.

Step 2: Select the “Responsive Accordion and Collapse” plugin to edit the dropdown.

    Step 3: Go to lib > admin> more-free-plugins.php
    comment line 150.

if it’s work then let us know.

    Thank you

Hello. I have done the actions you indicated. Line 150 has the following content:
    include( ABSPATH . “wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php” );

    Hi @sergey9539,

    Is that work or not

    Thanks
