With free shipping do not count cash on delivery

    Great plugin, I’ve been using this for a long time.
    I would like you to not charge cash on delivery for free shipping.
    I use the Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts plugin to add cash on delivery.
    How can I solve it?

    First, extract your free-shipping WBS rules into a separate shipping method which you can select in the Cash On Delivery (COD) settings later.

    Then, configure your COD so it shows up for all shipping methods except the free-shipping one set up in the previous step. The built-in Cash On Delivery payment method has an option to choose shipping methods it applies to, called ‘Enable for shipping methods’.

    If you use another plugin for COD, look for a similar option.
