Banner blocking my widget settings

For some time now, I have had to deactivate the plugin to be able to work in design/widgets. Otherwise, all widgets in my two sidebars would be covered with the compliance banner! And the banners cannot be completely clicked away.

Otherwise, I am more than satisfied with Complianz and I would be sorry to part with it.
