Is there any way to set up a dropdown that will allow the sender to select the location and therefore the recipient of the form?
    Example:
    Dallas
    Austin
    San Antonio

    Dallas goes to [email protected]
    Austin goes to [email protected]
San Antionio goes to [email protected]

Perhaps creating 2 email notifications and using the conditions section?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @muldari !

I trust you’re doing great today!

You can do that even easier and skip the duplication of the emails part if they are going to be the same, just sent to different addresses.

To set this up, please create the notification you’d like to send and in the Recipients tab switch to “Email routing”.

This will allow you to specify rules such as: “If select-1 has Dallas selected, send the email to dallas@domain”, “If select-1 has Austin selected, send the email to austin@domain” etc.

If you need the emails to be different as well, the it’s as you’ve mentioned – create a separate notification for each case and then use the Conditions tab instead to decide when a specific email should be sent.
