• I have created a new product from Shopify but upon checking my website the product detail page shows “No products left to show”

    I have also checked the products in the plugin’s Dashboard, the product Information is Empty

    I can only sync the product after manually removing the fault product and manually clicking the sync details page.

    Please advise on what to do.

    The site is under maintenance mode please log in using:

    Generally when this happens, it’s due to one of two things: a bad connection to Shopify or a caching issue.

    To rule out a caching issue, temporarily deactivate any caching plugins and clear any cache at the hosting level.

    To check for a bad connection, open the plugin settings and click the connection tab. Disconnect your Shopify store and reconnect it. Then check the products again.

    Let me know if any of this helps!

    Thanks, that works, but my concern grows if I have to do this the entire time I add a new product,

    also, will this issue affect purchased products/archived products, or it’s specific to newly created products?

    @nnyanziian Was the issue cache related or the connection?

    I am not sure, but I did clear the cache and reconnected my account, but it still persists. for new products.

    @nnyanziian So it’s just new products that are not showing? What page should they be showing on?

    @nnyanziian What version of the plugin are you on? 4.1.2?

    Does your webhost have any caching in place? If so, have you cleared that as well?

    Hi,
    I’m also having the same error “No products left to show” on the Products page. It has worked fine for months. Only thing I am aware of changing is the Shopify password. I’ve cleared the cache in ShopWP and re-synced the Shopify account with no resolve.

    @bigtreerva Have you re-connected the Shopify store to the plugin? Also, do you have any caching plugins installed?

    @andrewmrobbins im a using Version 4.1.2, yes my web hosting has caching and I purged it.

    @bigtreerva I have checked your console network tab and the products URL returns
    https://richmondwaldorf.com/wp-json/shopwp/v1/query/products

    {code: "rest_no_route", message: "No route was found matching the URL and request method.",…}
    code: "rest_no_route"
    data: {status: 404}
    message: "No route was found matching the URL and request method."}

    @andrewmrobbins I think @bigtreerva needs to reconnect and sync details of the Shopify store.

    I am also experiencing this issue. Turning off caching in the plugin itself originally fixed it. Then today I saved a change in the settings and it broke again. Updating to the latest version of the plugin did not resolve it, nor did turning off my caching plugin.

    Looking in the console under network I see there are no attempts to connect to [my domain].myshopify.com and I get the same 404 as the comment above when trying to load [mydomain.tld]/wp-json/shopwp/v1/query/products.

    @secretagency Is your site password protected or behind a firewall at all? Does your web host have any restrictive security settings?
