• I used to really like this plug-in, because it helped me rank many of my posts in Google search. But it has become unusable. It is slowing down the editor (both Gutenberg and Elementor). It slows it down so hard, to the point that I can’t see what I am typing. This is embarassing. It has been like since ever since the January 2022 update. What a disappointment.

    I am switching to RankMath, because it is taking way too long for me. So sad. This was an amazing plug-in. It is not anymore, it’s a big fat shame. This happens in any browser and on any system I use. It is reported by a lot of users and seems to be ignored.

    Shame, shame, shame! Fix this!

    I deactivated follow-up emails! Do not bother me. Use that energy to fix the problem instead. I’m a developer myself. Problems like this can’t happen. Imagine, I would have almost bought the full version. So glad I didn’t. It would have been a waste of my money. You guys sadly lost a formmerly very happy customer.

    1. Versions of WordPress, Yoast SEO and Elementor
    2. Whether the problem occurs when all non-Yoast plugins are deactivated and your theme is on Twenty Twenty-One or on another default WordPress theme.
    3. Exact steps to reproduce the problem. If the problem doesn’t occur on all posts, it’d be helpful if you could share the URL of an example post or provide some sample content.
