How to award specific users discount codes that can be redeemed only by them?

Hi,

I have a scenario where I have set up a landing page on my site to capture users emails before going live, so those who will register early I want to reward by giving them one of my paid memberships for free. How can I achieve with paid memberships pro plugin? Is it possible to create a discount code that can only be redeemed by the user who received the email for example, I do not want the code to be shared with others later on.
