Hi,
I have contacted you a number of times starting 3 weeks ago with regard to a problem I have with the auto listing plugin. Unfortunately I have had no reply so I paid $47 for premium support but I have heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement.
Can you please tell me if you are able to offer support and if not I would like to arrange for the premium support payment to be returned.
