Price without VAT after automatic daily refresh

    Hello!
    I have the following problem: I use the field mapping g:price -> value: Price
    My products regular price is entered without VAT and the VAT for Austria is 20% or 10% (reduced Rate).
    When I manually refresh the feed, the price in the feed is correctly calculated including the VAT. This is the price I want to have in the feed.
    But when the feed refreshes automatically daily the prices in the feed are suddenly without VAT and I don’t know why.

    Can you help me there?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Are you perhaps using WPML/Polylang or currency switcher with automatic GEO features?

    Hi!
    No I don’t use WPML/Polylang or a currency switcher.
    I use Woocommerce GEO Feature for preselecting the country of the customer to display different prices including VAT (Germany 19%, Austria 20%).
    And I use a B2B Plugin from German Market. For special Groups I display prices without VAT but only when logged in.
    Could this be a problem?

    Hi Birgit,

    Yes that definitely is a problem. Both the GEO feature and the B2B plugin will cause issues. Unfortunately I am afraid this won’t work in combination with our plugin.

    Thank you for your fast response.
    Do I understand it right? It causes issues with the automatich refresh but not with the manual refresh?

    I suspect that when the feed automatically updates the GEO feature kicks in and decided to use a different VAT percentage than it should.

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our help is no longer required I am going to close this topic for now for housekeeping reasons. Do not hesitate to reach out to us when you need support again.
