using widgets to post banner to sidebar

  • When I post a banner to the sidebar using appearance/widgets/text – the banner only shows up in the uncategorized page and not in the home page – how do I fix this?

  • That depends on your setup.
    You’d need to provide more info about theme, plugins, and espescially what kind of widget you try to post the banner through.
    Anyhow, to fully control where a widget (with a banner or whatever) is displayed, try Widget Logic
