Feature Request for Fees and Custom Fields

    I would like to request 2 features for a premium version:

    1. merge fees just like shipping (highest, join, separate, etc)

    2. merge custom fields of orders. I use custom fields for orders to track certain items/data. Would it be possible to have a setting to select custom fields to merge with commas?

    Example:

    Order #1 Custom_field: data123
    Order #2 Custom_field: data456

    Combined Order Custom_field: data123,data456

    @joshv06 so fees would be any fee? Usually WooCommerce considers shipping as a FEE as well. Merging meta data has already been managed in form an array. Display of array can be imploded so we can show I like data123,data456 etc. But already multiple values for the existing meta_keys are populated in form array.
