One of my websites is continually showing this awful countdown screen and we are now losing orders I am certain because people think the website was hacked. Who created this incredibly ugly screen? And why does it default to ON in the settings?

And how I am supposed to figure out which plugin is possibly causing the conflict?

So you want me to delete the plugin and reinstall it and wait and see if it still has problems?

Folks — I have your product on 10 websites and now I am nervous this is going to start showing up elsewhere. This is a recurring problem. Why don’t you create a permanent fix to default to OFF unless requested?

    Hello.

The SpamFireWall is one of the basic options in the Anti-Spam plugin so it’s set to ON by default. You can disable it in plugin settings: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> uncheck the SpamFireWall —> Save settings.

If you want to disable it on all your websites there is a new feature “Dashboard and plugin settings templates”. It allows you to save/restore/clone settings on your websites. Please read this guide How to use CleanTalk dashboard settings templates

In addition, we are working on improving the blocking screen to make it more friendly and understandable.

Can you tell us the IP address that was shown on the screen? I’ve checked SFW logs and I see no issues there.
