Looking for a “static” type of a theme. Minimalist “business” type maybe?

    I would like to use WordPress to make a website, but not a blog type, where people comment, look through old achieves, etc. I would like something simple, clean and static.

    Something like this:

    (I think they are using Revolution theme but modified.)

    I require the theme to have no comment system, no archives, no categories, etc like the one I have posted. It also has to be free!

    Please suggest these types of themes!
