Popups deactivated – how to activate?

    For some reason all the new popups I create are deactivated, and I can’t find a setting anywhere to activate it. Please help!

    Hello.

    Sorry, It’s a minor bug. We will fix it and update the plugin tomorrow. Your popups have the status ‘Deactivated’ and must work on the frontend.

    Hello.

    Can you send the link to the page with the issue?

    If you use the cache plugin, sometimes you need the reset the cache to see the popup on the frontend.

    Hi,

    I have updated the plugin and also cleared my cache.

    I can now see the “Activated” checkbox on the Popup settings but even when I untick and then tick again and save the changes, the status still displays as “Deactivated” in the list.

    Scroll down and click on the “Reviews” button in red. You will see that no popup appears.

    Did you insert the popup on the site page?
    I don’t see the popup on the page.
