Adding CSS-class to a single specific row

Hi,

I was searched for this solution but unfortunately I didn’t find the answer.
I would like to add a custom CSS class for a specific row (not based on the number of row because I’m deleting some records often). For example in my table I have row which calls “Department” and I want to highlight it always (now when I’m deleting one of the rows the highlight comes to another row).

If its possible?
