    Hello @angelafung

Please press the button “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings:

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General settings

    Did it help?

    Hi,
tried and still exits on the webpage header,
    should I disable automatic updates?

    Hmm.

It seems the SFW database had not been updated since Aug 2021.

Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.
    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (Wordrpess Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last option “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)
    6. Press the button “Get key automatically” or insert the key from the CleanTalk dashboard.`
