custom Widgets Stopped working after installing 5.9

  • I have a site with a bar that shows up above the header. In that bar are 2 custom widgets which are now not showing up. The odd thing is that if I go into the customizer in admin, they are visible like the are supposed to be, but for some reason… they aren’t showing up on the front-end of the site. Any ideas?

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-One theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
