I have an issue with the editing comment option as well.

The time is set to 15 mins, but it doesn’t allow me to edit it even right after the post. It says that I’m not allowed to edit it anymore.

I tried to set it to unlimited, but it’s the same.

Put the code in the Top Admin Bar > Customize > Additional CSS > “Additional CSS” textarea, save it, delete all caches and check again.
