Disable automatic image pulling from gallery in autofocus

Hi,

I am wondering how to disable the function which makes autofocus to pull images automatically from the gallery? I have managed to integrate a flash slideshow to the page via image_tag custom field. For front page image I am using the image_url field.
Everything works fine until I would like to add thumbnail pictures to my post beside text. Template automatically resets both image_tag & image_url fields to the picture I added to my post. How to disable this?
