Yoast Plugin Not Allowing Edits on Page

    Hello,

    I have been using Yoast for some time now and suddenly, I am unable to make SEO edits to each page. The SEO options are showing up as a dropdown like it is toggled, but nothing appears when I click the drop down arrow. I only see labels such as “SEO,” “Readability,” “Social” and “Schema.” I am unable to make any edits. I’ve double checked all of the screen and Yoast settings and they were exactly as they were before. This just suddenly began occurring. Any help appreciated. Thank you!

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re encountering a partially loaded or blank Yoast SEO meta box when editing a post or page.

    Would it be possible for you to open your browser’s console and check for any JavaScript errors in red (where the blank meta box occurs when editing a post or page) and send a screenshot here? You can use a service such as snipboard.io to upload a screenshot and share a link here.

    Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

    Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.
