the_excerpt Costumization

I edit a bit the code, to create a new the_excerpt function. The code looks like this: https://wordpress.pastebin.ca/1880991
The problem is when i am using it on my blog, https://www.mydaily-gadget.com/, in the top slider, it only shows the title of the post.
The slider uses this code: https://wordpress.pastebin.ca/1880995How can i show a part of the article?
