Login Replacement

  • The NewEStore Pro theme has a bad setup for the “register” option where it leads back to login. We reached out to them they don’t respond.

    To solve this, I would like to make their register option disappear with Css or code for example, and replace it with a registration plugin provided by wordpress. However, I would like it to still be linked to where their login fetches “username, pass..” from after registration.

    The last moderator said we must contact the theme, please know that we tried before and again and no reponse. We’d rather move to a different solution.

    I understand your frustration. But you also need to understand our predicament: we don’t have access to the theme files and code at all and can’t install it. So how can we know how the theme works and help you?

    That’s why we cannot provide support for commercial themes and plugins: it’s purely for the practical reason that we can’t help fix code we don’t see and don’t have access to.

    Moving to a different solution would mean ditting the theme entirely and switching to another theme… hopefully, one that is supported by the vendor, or one that is freely downloadable here at www.remarpro.com that we can support.

    If you’re unable to switch to another theme now, you need to hire someone that you can trust and grant them admin access to your site and hosting account so they can example the theme’s code and help to either fix the root problem, or implement the strategy you mentioned.
